You copied down geometry from a skeleton, right? In your target part, apply a reference dimension on the copy geom. Make a new sketch, and refer to that reference dimension in your sketch. You now have a driving dimension, capable of accepting asymmetrical tolerances, and top-down driven by the reference dim.
