Wow, Pro/E seems to freak out with that. Pro/E won't let you do that directly so I created a cube 10E+6 meters and changed the units to mm so it is 10E+9. It regenerated but it is impossible to work with. It is impossible to get the dimensions to show up in part mode and the edges won't show up in drawing mode!
