OK does anyone know the /3gb Procedure ? The exact procedure to get my windows XP to have 3 gigs of virtual memory available, instead of the default 2 ? Can you Post it or PM me, or if it's on here somewhere point it out to me ?

My Pro E Keeps Crashing and I've had it.

Thanks

you need to check out your mother board. Some of them have a max capacity on ram that can be used. Do you have 1x 1gbmodule and 1 x 2gb module??

If your machine has 4 slots for ram and its quite recent (under a year old) then it should be able to handle up to 4 mb of ram, but you really need to check out the board specs with the manufacturer. I build all my own machines so I know that this can be a frustrating limitation with boards that are not that old.
