Drafted Offset Feature

Drafted offset feature to cut step into body...does anyone know how to go about creating a feature like this??? Would really like to know? Any help anyone could be would be very much appreciated.


I'm after something like this - the feature is the sweeping cut show on the top portion of the drill.

Well here is my way of being able to do this...maybe a bit long winded prehaps...but it does allow for easy updating ov the overall shape, offset and the shade of the cut.


What do you think...anyone have an easier method??

use ISDX for this type,ISDX will give fine solutions for this!

I'm not a great fan of ISDX for a feature such as this - I need the surface offset to be dimmension driven, in order to control the shape & update accurately (also via demensions.
