Can anyone show me the "best practice" for showing radial, or bolt circle,centerlines in a drawing.

Create the holes with a pattern and use show/erase in the drawing (use show by view and select to keep)

also you have to set draw.dtl option "radial pattern axis to YES"


i think it shows the axis for dimensin patter only, it may not creat for axis pattern, plz try. once you pic to show the hole axes bolt circle axis(circular) remains automatically

What about the case when you are creating dimensions on the drawing, and not using 'show dims'?

To get the bolt circle to show for an axis pattern add the angle under the dimensions tab and set the increment value to 0.
