You can change the color of the cell contents by choosing cells and then Text Style from the RMB menu. To change the color of the table borders (i.e. cell borders), select Line Style from the Format menu and then select the table. Then you just have to select the color for the table.
But, you cannot change color of the individual cell borders just for the whole table.
