Do you know a way to create a "Drawing" when you have only a .STL object (surface, made of triangles) ? Or else, do you know how to obtain a solid part from this .STL?
Create a standard empty part, choose "Insert>Shared Data>From File", choose your .STL. Unfortunately, any objects imported into Pro come in as one feature. You cannot do much manipulation to the objects. The objects are not parametric and either you have to live with what you have or model the object.
