Yes it is... But the fractional number will have to be changed manually... Simply box the dimensions you want to be fractional and right click and select the fractional icon. And in your drawing options select the dual_metric_dim_show_fractions setting and set it to (NO). This will make it so when you change the dimension to fractions it will leave the metric dimension as a decimal dimension..
It may be possible to have this automatic, but I have not got that far...
