Exploding surfaces

Hi people,


Is there a why of exploding a joined group of surfaces so that they become single surfaces, just like when you import an iges file. Basically copied geom from another part and now I want to act on individual surfaces.

If you redefine the imported data there is a command called Exclude Surface.

I know you can exclude surfaces, but I want to keep all the surfaces and then explode them apart in the new model.

I think the answer is: Nope. Copy individual surfs from the existing quilt.
