Do you want to change the accuracy or the cord length??.You can change the accuracy in the edit<setup to .0001 but the min lenght of the cord is dependent on the size of the component(Thsi is asfar as my knowledge goes).if your component is too small then you can go for a cord length of .0001.
the minimum bound of the chord lenght is dependent on the part accuracy and the upper bound depends on the part size. try changing the accuracy and then see if a smaller chord lenght can be assigned. even i am playing around in this area, so just try out...(for a part with accuracy 0.0012, i could enter min chord as 0.0117 and with the accuracy reduced to 0.01, the min chord allowed was 0.1037)
