EXTRUDE A ACAD VIEW

One way to do this is save your acad drawing as a *.dxf file, open it in ProE, and save as ProE *.drw file. In the part you can insert the view data as sketches using Sketch>Data From File>File System open the *.drw file and select what you want to include in the sketch.

I usually import it into my part (as DXF) & then use it create the section. If you want it to be fixed just use all the edges but if you want it to be parametric then delete all the references and create your dimensioning scheme.
