Extrusion or thickness from surface

Dear all,


I created an objects which is a collection of surfaces i made from curves.I wish to give the WHOLE model a thickness of lets say 1mm.How do I do it becasue I canot find any option giving me this facility.model is attached

Choose your surfaces, choose "Edit>Thicken". It would be best to merge the surfaces, choose the merge, then "Edit>Thicken".
