family table column width

Is there a way to set the column withds in a family table without having to drag them all the time. Right now it cuts off half of the part number and adds "..." to the end unless i drag the column until it all shows. If i close it and come back to it i have to drag them all over again.

I have no idea if its possible to set a column with of a family table, but i would recommend you editing the tablewith excel, this way its more easy to edit the table and you don't need to worry about the column spacing.hope it helps...

I hope this is a way to do this- that is one of the most annoying things- even if you have to scroll over to get the rest of the columns in view- having to drag the column width out each time SUCKES>

I found a way of changing the column size. Either edit the default or create a new table configuration. In the editor window is the attribute name. Next to it is a column named size. Just adjust it to fit the worst case senario and save!!

are you talking about opening a new family table in pro or outside of pro


if outside of pro where is table stored?
