Family Table for more than one part

hi guys..

Hope all doing well..

See... I have 2 parts & I have made a assembly with that 2 parts. These each parts have a family table in it. Can I bring that 2 separate family tables inside the assy drawing.

For example,
Part 1 has been made using a family table A.
Part 2 has been made using a family table B.

Now assy 1 has been made by assembling part 1 & part 2 together.
Then an assy drawing(drafting) has been created.

Now I want to show the family table A & B in the assy drawing.

Is it possible.....?

If yes, How.........?

Regards,
Rajiv.

Simply make a family table of the assembly and replace the instances of the parts in the appropriate instance of the Assembly family table.

Add both generics of famtab A and famtab B to the drawing. When you place a repeat region the information is taken from the active model. So you have to do this twice, once with generic A as active model and one with generic B as active model.

Hi robom,

I got this already.. U can do this by making 2 separate family tables in drawing.

Under repeat region u can find one option called Model/Rep, using this u can specify a model for the particular table.

Thanks
Rajiv.
