Feature-Based Extraction

I hope this one suits in this topic. I would like to ask whether Pro Engineer provides any Feature-Based Extraction facility, anyone with this experience, i am more than happy if you can share it with me. If Pro Eng doesnt have this facility, where can i got tools or software in order to extract features from Pro Eng CAD file.
