Filtering out skeleton in repeat region

skraba

New member
I've ran into a problem on how to exclude (filter out) skeleton by rule. What relation to write when defining a filter to filter out all the skeleton parts from the 2D repeat region?

Thanks,

Jure

Hi,

I can tell you what I usually do.I have a seperate start part for skeleton with a parameter 'RR_exclude' assigned to yes.

now in the filter by rule option I enter the following

"&asm.mbr.rr_exclude != yes"

And it eliminates all the skeletons.

Thanks for the reply, but I 've managed to find another solution. I've defined filter as follows:

&asm.mbr.type != SKELETON*

and it works like a charm. It exclude the skeleton part from the repeat region.

But, thanks for the idea.

Hi,
