Fit Spline connectors

I am trying to replicate a port as closely as I can in
SolidWorks. I created planes through the imported solid
and used the Intersection Curve option to create splines
that represent the geometry. Since these splines have a
different number of sections per chain I used the Fit
Spline tool to create the sections that I can loft
through. The problem is that I only have control over
one of the lines that control the loft (I believe they
are called connectors). I only have one set of
connectors on one line but there are five lines that run
the length of the loft and some of them are badly
misshaped. How can I enable the connectors for those
lines so I can control the loft more precisely?

Rex,

I may be wrong here...is the connector line you're talking about not more of a guide to show you how the loft is twisting?? I don't think it is a line that can then be controlled by say picking points on it. Please correct me if I'm wrong on this.

Have you tried setting up guide curves between the points so that you are in effect creating 5 'connector lines' which you can use to precisely control your loft.

Is it possible to post a pic?
