flat sheet sheetmetal view

New member
does anybody know how i can get a unfolded flat sheet from a sheetmetal
model to co-exist with its folded version on the same sheet?

thanks.

Try with Family Table and suppress Unfold feature in one part. Then Add new drawing model to the drawing (part with Unfold feature - flat sheetmetal) and Create new view.

after you create you folded sheet go to Setup-sheetmetal-flat estate-create-fullyformed,choose the surface done

now you have to model folded model and his child vith _flat1 extension

in drawing mode after you creaqte the view of folded model go to setup

ad new drawing model and insert new view

good luck

hi,

you can do it by calling the unfolded(flat pattern)part first. then for folded view, go to represent and pick view -then go for suppressing the flatpattern in that view only. you are done. I am giving this on the basis of proe2000i2, even then it will work in WF also.
