Flat state of curved/warped decal

I need to get the flat state of a decal that sits on a curved surface with draft. (Probably similar to conical surface)


I'm not sure if this surface actually can be flattened but want to try.


I projected the decal edges into this part. Anyone knows what would be the best way to do it?
