Its a button with a flat rectangle as picture on in it. I think you have to add it and can be found under 'engineering features' or 'edit features'. (Cant recall and dont have wf on this pc )
Just go to edit menu, u can find fill command. This is the flat surface in WF. U can make a flat surface by using a previously made sketch or u can also sketch within command by define option in dashboard sub menu.
