Flexible Components Simplified Rep

Is anyone aware of a way to make use of flexible components using simplified reps or some other method? I have a drawing of an assembly that has a drawer assembled as a flexible component. I want to make a drawing that shows this drawer in both it's home position and retracted state in different views. Simplifeid reps do not have any provision for using flexibility as far as I can tell. I know that I can create a family table instance to do this, however I am only interested in methods for flexibility.

Thanks!

Yeah, I came to that conclusion too. I haven't checked yet, but perhaps PTC made flexibility a more useful tool in WF3.

Are you trying to use asm info to drive the flexible components and have that save back into the part model? You could still do this with relations.

or do you just want to change a dim and have the hole asm change with it?

You could create snapshots. Assemble the drawer with a mechinism connection and take 2 snap shots. Make the snapshots availible in drawings and they will show up as an exploded state. In WF3 you can make snapshots in standard mode. In WF2 you must make them in mechinism mode.
