Floating Module question

I have downloaded the behavioral model extension from the PTC website and followed the install instruction to save file as a "ptctrylic.dat" file in the starting directory. I am still unable to access the floating module. Any suggestions on how to get this download to work are appreciated.

You need to got to Tools -> Auxiliary Applications, choose the BMX & register it.
