Format missing when retrieving DRW

Hi,


Was wondering if anyone has encountered thisRANDOM problem:


Format sometimes missing when opening a drawing...


I also noticed that the format does not show up on check-out form.


I've tried checking out the format from CS into my workspace, then opening the DRW file, but it still doesn't find the format. Somehow the format is automatically replaced with a generic Pro/E Format called E Size. The current "work-around" is to do a "replace" with the correct format, save and check-in drawing file.


This is occurring randomly on previously existing files that have been saved with the correct format...


I'm using IntraLink 3.3 with WildFire 2.0

Put all of your drawing formats in the same folder. Then set the config option pro_format_dir to point to this folder. Example "pro_format_dir C:\proe\FORMATS". This will now allow Proe to search this folder for the correct format.
