yes right!
can I do the same thing in 3D?
I would do ahve this representation in 3D as I others users can see it when displaying the model in productview for example....
 
Not sure what the picks are in WF4; however,i n WF2:


EDIT->SETUP->GEOM TOL
-> SET DATUM - establish datum planes, axes, etc.
-> SPECIFY TOL- create GD&T callouts (true position, profile, etc.)
