I Use Wildfire-2 and in that i have one issue.

When i do modeling in assembly mode i am not able to give round for the edges. ( Modeling in assembly mode means- machining Models after weldment)

Can you give any suggestion for this issue or you will also face the same problem.

You cannot make rounds in assembly mode.

You will have to use sweeps, blends or other means to make assembly cuts.

I use revolve option if i want to make round in assembly but it is time consuming options. so i wanted to know can we use round command.

we can select round command in assembly but i am not able to select any edges for round

Sounds like you have one of the parts in the assembly window as ACTIVE. Look for a green dot by one of the part names.
