Bizarrely enough I was going to check WF2 today for this functionality. It wasn't available in 2001, but I need this for a new part in the next few weeks time.

From a deliverable perspective, in your drawing, if you have a section that you could quote as being typical to a number of positions, why do you need to includethe geometric tolernacein every UDF?This was my work-around last time.
However, if you want to include it in your model to convey design intent to a draughter, then they might interogate one hole, see nothing, and assume this is typical, and thus exlude it from the section on the drawing.
