I have an assembly where a cylinder is inserted into a hole. The cylinder has a helical sweep cut out (like a thread). Another piece (a nut) is assembled on the same axis. The "nut" piece is a short hollow cylinder with a small peg pertruding toward its center.
What I am trying to do is have this peg run in the "thread" of the inner cylinder. Thus when the nut is turned the inner cylinder needs to slide in/out witout actually rotating.
Any suggestions?
Thank you,
Boris.
