Helical sweep using splines

HI,


I need to create threads in a pipe , which is in shape of a spline. but the helical sweep option allows only straight lines(axis) to be given as a guide. can anyone find a solution.


To be more precise, is there any relation to create such a curve so that i can directly use a sweep option instead of helical sweep.

Intent Manager sets the offsets from your zero point in sketch as 2 lengths, you need to set it as a length and a angle value then drive the angle value with your relation.
