I would like my parts and assemblies to export in proper oriention. I see that when a new part is created in ProE that the X is through theRight Datum Plane, Yis throught the Top Datum Planeand Z is through the Front Datum Plane. Is this a default for ProE or is somethingsetup wrong here? I export into Mastercam and I would like to set up a proper coordinate system in ProE that I can pick upon export sothe orientation isproper. How doI do this, please help.

1.There are ways to export any file. which procedure you are following. apart from this there is an option for importing the file with coordinate system. (just like while creating copy geometry).

2. Create one more coordination system as per requirement and utilize the model with respect to new coorinate system

3.in view manager change the option of default orientation and save the orientation as per the requirement and import it.
