help for Warp.....

Hi raedbenz. Please rememberthe WARPfeature is only for design use.You can not use Warp feature in Assembly but you can Exporting the whole assembly to another file likeSTL.Than just open this exported filein new window and useWarp feature..

For example I exported simple assembly to STL file: 2006-03-29_031014_try.zip

Exported file in new window. As you can see there is only one feature in model tree:

And here is the simple example of using theWARP feature:

HI miko...
thanks for ur info..
but i did succeed to open the file u uploaded...moreover how i can export a file where shall i go.....??
thanks again...

Just open some assembly. Click on the File button in dashboard and than Save a Copy (select STL).. That's all..

Ups I forget .. sorry ... Just change the number of Chord Height to > For example = 0.1 Than your model become more smooth on the edges .. When you are exporting to STL file, of course.

hi miko.is there any other format rather than STL,in order to keep high details......??cause i tried many values for CHORD hEIGHT but it will not look like the original......

thanks

The number of polygons squaresis important during exporting the model.(when you for example> set up0.1 andclick APPLY, you can seegreen mesh on surfaces of model). The resolution of meshis showingyou how high is the quality and smoothness of surface (model). Maybe you need to use Shrinkwrap feature...But this is out of my experiences.
