Thanx in advance

Pro/Concept is a separate program than Pro/E. You can only bring the models in and out using neutral file format. Didn't they explain that to you when they gave you the trial?

Pro/Concept is exactly what is says. A concept tool.

You can use is to make 3d models. The model is not parametric at all. So
you cannot change a model the way you can in proe. They you would
change a model is very sumilar to using the warp feature in proe.

How to get the data into proe.

You can export as a proe neutral file or iges. This will NOT bring the
model through to proe. only the CURVES that you used in the concept
model.

The only way to get the model to proe is to export as a stl file. that
can then be imported into proe. The stl file is a faceted model so you
cannot really reference is in proe. You need to have the reverse
engineering model as well to convert the stl file to a surface model.

The sketcher works exactly the same as ISDX sketching. Each sketched entaty is a spline. No dimensioning scheme.

To give a simple description of Pro/concept. It is a combination of ISDX and some of corel draw's functionality.

The rendering functionality in pro/concept is good and easy to use.

to make models you have got basic tools like extrude and revolve as well. but it is not parametric.
