Help with drafting

I am having problems drafting the highlighted surfaces shown in the attached pictures. The short surface in Draft1.jpg need to be 10
 
It also looks like you have sketched a variable draft feature where it is the 4 degrees in the middle yet undrafted at the ends.
 
Looks like the variable draft seems to have done the trick, I've tried it on a dummy part, now I need to test it on the actual model.

When you make a draft angle on a round surface, it almost keep round shape。That means the surfaces which are tangent to round should be change with round surface. Looking your picture, if you only want to make draft on round excluding the other surface, creating a surface and replace is a good way. i wish you can understand my chinese english.
