hello,
I have a problem with very big stress and I don't know how to handle this.
a steel part is stressing a plastic tank that have big fillets.
In the mechanica assembly, the steel part is in contact with the top surface of the plastic tank like this :

The problem is that I have infinite stress in the fillet of the tank and the deformation is not realistic, like this :

So, how can I manage this and make my simulation more realistic ?
Is the only solution "contact simulation" ? (I think that my parts are too complicated for that because I have this problem at several locations.)
thanks,
GB
