I would like to know how to place a hole on a cylindrical face.

I want place a countersink hole on a cylindrical face of a shaft and control it with an angular dimension. I am using SW 2007

Thanks for your support

Hi,

For creating the hole,

First create a plane using cylindrical face and any of the plane perpendicular to that face

Then using that plane go to hole wizard and create that hole whtever u want...

Hope it will help u.

Thank u...

Hi manikandane,

Thanks for you help. In fact I created two planes one to control the angular dimension and the second to place the countersink hole

Thanks again
