How can I delete this Ext. Inheritance?

Hey everyone,

I am attempting to delete an External Inheritance from my model tree, but for some reason on this particular model "Delete" is not an option. I've even tried deleting all features under it (even though it shouldn't make a difference), but there's just no way I can get rid of it.

I'vesuccessfully deleted Inheritances fromother models, and if I bring another Inheritance into thissame model I can turn around and delete that one, but there must be something about this Inheritance that's different, or it was inserted differently, or something.

Has anyone encountered this before? Any recommendations would be appreciated.
Thanks!

It's listed as "External Inheritance id 28 (xxx.PRT)" in the model tree, same as any other Inheritance that I would insert that I can delete.

If it was inserted in some other way, I don't know how to determine it...

tjallen29,

check the parameters, relations and/or the program of the part, you may find that feature is locked or limited within the model.

it turns out that there was a datum in the inheritance model that once deleted, it allowed for the entire inheritance to be deleted. Thanks for the help everyone!
