How to construct pro-e files into step ig

hello,

i m using pro-e wild fire pls tell me how to construct pro-e files into step, iges &autocad file.

how to install promechanica in integrated mode.


i have instal in independent mode but at the importing pro e file messag came


" cannot read file"

For the first part of your question, simply use File > Save a Copy and select what type of output you want from the part/assembly ie iges, step, stl etc. Same for a drawing to .dwg for Autocad or dxf for drawing file transfer.


Your Mechanica problem, after you have installed Mechanica, you must go back into the proe setup using ptcsetup in the bin folder of your proe installation directory and on one of the screens you must select the radio button "Configure Other Product Interoperability" which when you press Next, will take you into a screen where you can tell Pro-E which folderto locate and run Mechanica.
