how to creat diameter dimension?

when i creat a dimension of circle, there always show in radius

dimension ,but i want to show in diameter dimension,how can i do ?

As especial says - click twice on the circle before middle-clicking to place the dimension.

If the radius dim is defined in the model, redefine the section - remove the radius & add a diameter dim...

You need a center line for the diameter; click edge, centerline,edge in the model. If it shows a diameter in the model in sketcher then it should display a diameter in the drawing.
