How to dimension revolve feature?

I reverse engineer parts and a lot of the parts I draw are round so I use the 'revolve' feature a lot in solidworks. But everytime I go to make a stech I have to only do 1/2 of the diameter for the measurements. Is there a way to dimension my revolve stech to use the full diameter on input of the dimension and the program will automatically cut that number is half? the reason is, when I take a measurement of the diamter of my part with my calipers, I then have to divide by 2 to input into solidworks, would be quicker to let the software do it and I could just enter in the diameter..

Draw in your sketch a center line for revolve axis and when insert a dimension select this axis and move the cursor on the other side of the axis. Now you have a diameter dimension.
