How to make a hole with angle?

This is the second prob. (First one in thread before).

I have plate that has holes in it. The holes have a small angle so they dont go straight down.

What is the easiest way to model this. To make an datum that has the angle? I would like to use the hole-tool, but it doesn

You need to make an axis, then a dtm plane at an angle to one of your default planes, and then you can use this plane to place your hole.
