How to rename a total assembly

Hello everybody

I,m a new user of pro/e and need help to rename or create a specific assembly.
I tried to use a mapkey but it doesn't allow the use of copy/paste action.
I tried to make a template but i wasn't able to do a template with sub-assembly and part into it !!!

I need to built the assembly with a sub-assembly and two part into the sub-assembly.

exemple :

Assembly TEST.asm
sub-Assembly test_XXX.asm
part test_YYY.prt
part test_ZZZ.prt

I only want to enter "test" one time and the rest must be (re)named automatically

I thought there was tree different way of doing this but I complete none of them.
1 - a mapkey who create the "template"
2 - a mapkey who rename an assembly that I previously create (but hard to manage this file with other user)
3 - a "template" who ask you the name and create everything with using the ptc parameters @model_name

I tried but i can't obtain what I want....somebody can help me ?

PS : sorry for my poor english, I'm a french user ^^

Use File -> Save As and rename the top level assembly

In the next dialog box, use the Use template box as below.

Thanks

I know that this is a possibility. But doing this force me to have the assembly and all the part in each work directory. I can't manage this on all work directory and work station.

I gonna try to make a mapkey by my one

Sounds like you need to set up a search path file. That will get rid of having to have the parts and the assembly in all of your working directories.
