How to "replace" then add taper

Hi, guys, just borrow a room, I used to anwer a guy in google froum about how to use "replace", I make a model but don't know where to upload, I think here is a good place to discuss Pro/e technical issue, so I put it here for your guys reference, also.

In WF 4.0 there will be new feature "Remove". You can select any surface(s) (round from imported geometry in your case) that you want to be removed. Adjacent surfaces to this round will be extended to close the gap and you will get new model without the surface you selected.
