how to round off the end of a sweep?

I'm creating a boomarang looking part and adding a decorative ridge around the face. I'm creating it with a swept protrusion on top of a projected curve. My problem comes at the ends. How do you round off the end of this rib without creating a bunch of curves and surface patches? I want it to look like it's fading back into the part. Isn't there a round command that'll do it? ProEv2001. Thanks a lot guys.

I think a swept blend is the function your looking for. it works just like a sweep except it blends two or more cross sections from one end of the trajectory to the other. Use this to reduce the depth or width of that ridge, depending on what look you are after.

Hmm... that sounds reasonable. I don't know how much control that'll give me over the look of the end. I'm going to play with it and see what I can work out. Thanks for the suggestion!

Well it wasn't as simple as a round feature would've been and the cross section fluxuates a little but I can add several extra points to control that better. It'll do the job! That's far better than fiddling curves and surface patches for each end. Thanks for the help.
