How do you create a 'tweak replace' in wf?

The ptc menu mapper does not give explicit instructions on how to use the 'edit offset' command to do it.

ok, heres how to do it: learn wf pigeon-english icons :Edit > Offset > Replace Surface Feature (does not read correctly for this function)

I think u r talking about replace surface!! in wf2 first make the quilt, then change the selection filter to quilt and select that surface or quilt, then go to edit>>offset, in the side panel select replace command and u got it.
