Human Head 3D

I am looking for software that would allow me to easily create accurate 3d models of human heads.
I am hoping to find something where I can enter a few basic variables:
Age, Sex, Race, Distance between eyes, etc.... and have it generate an accurate 3d model.


I woud like to then import that 3d model into ProE


Any suggestions?

you can buy digital scans of actual heads - they are STL's but very accurate
