Impeller is very difficult to model

Is there any easy way to model this impeller. I thought I was pretty salty at Pro/E but this model has me scrathing my head.

Only one blade needs modeling. You can pattern once its done and then complete the solid (hub and rounds).


You can get the blades in three ways that I can see.


1. Build the profiles and drive boundary surfaces through the profiles.


2. Swept Blend through the profiles with a drive curve. (surfs or solid)


3. Variable Section sweep. Although the control will be tricky.


It's not easy but it can be done.
