Can the model colors be changed in imported models? I'm not sure what
software they are imported from (supplied by customer.) I'm told they can't
be changed, but all the models are black and it's time consuming to have to
change the background color everytime i work on them.
Try this. Pick the import feature, RMB pick redefine. Edit/Feature Properties/Modify Linestyle. Use a window select to pick all lines, MMB for done select. Change the color. Click the green check mark to finish feature redefinition. This will change the color of the models in your drawing too.
