installation need help

Hi everyone,


I have installed pro/e wildfire 3 several times, but not success. I have installed pro/e wildfire 2 before.


Is it the same installation procedure to install wildfire 2 and wildfire 3.

Yes, same procedure but licencing is different.


WF2 use FlexLM and WF3 FlexNet. You cant run WF3 against a server with old WF2 licenses. After upgrading to Flexnet you can run both WF2 and 3.

I have removed wildfire 2 in window and install wildfire 3 again but I have the following error

License request failed for feature PROE_200: -21

License file does not support this version.

Could you help me again?

You need a new license file to run WF3.


If you havent got that contact PTC support or your local reseller.
