interactive assembly manual?

Hi guys, this is my first post here. I am looking for some sort of way to have an interactive instruction manual. What I mean, is that I fly model helicopters.

These model helicopters need to be assembled. What I think would make it easy is for a free client side software in which people can use to learn how to build their helicopters. I would model the helicopter in SolidWorks, and use some sort of program to illustrate the assembly.

The user could also rotate the model 360 degrees to get clarity of where to screw in a screw or where a part goes etc.

Would this be possible? and also, is there already a program like this out there?

Thanks

You can "Save As" pdf file. You can select the "3D pdf" file. This will eneable people to view the model in 3D form. users can rotate, zoom etc.

You can use solidworks edrawings, it's a freeware for collaboration purposes.. You can have it's colors and textures with it during file conversion. You can also move parts in an assembly.. Good for that purposes. Have tried this also..
