intralink crashing

Intralink has been crashing on one of our users machines but there are no set circumstances for the crash. Yesterday, the error in the screeenshot below popped up, anyideas? This is Intralink 3.3 running with Wildfire M150, one board said this is a Java error or Microsoft outlook 2003.

I think this usually means that the client has been disconnected from the dataserver. Try performing a "Re-Login" from the Intralink menu.


... Also, try posting MUCH smaller screenshots!
