intralink - table configuration editor

The best workaround is to hold shift and right-click the first (left-most) column header. This will autoamtically refit all column sizes optimally (similar to Excel).

You're right Brian !

But this will refit the columns relative to their names not to their content.

For example if I have a column named drawing format and the values for this parmeter are : A0...A4, I don't need to optimize the column width relative to column name because is too wide, what I need is a column with a width of 2-3 charaters and I'd like to can save this configuration...

Correct... If refits based on the largest thing in the column (name or content). If the column name is shorter than the content you should be fine... but if your column names are longer than the content, it becomes a manual process...
